submitted by Brynn T. - |Recommended: YesNoise and cars — The noise between units and room within a unit is pretty minimal, most of the noise comes through the door. However, the cars are quite loud when you have your window open and they never completely stop. I park in the parking garage under the building, so I’ve never had a problem, but there is very limited close parking outside of that. Other then that, there are fun activities offered and the communal spaces other than the elevator are never noticeable dirty.

submitted by Carlos A. - |Recommended: YesPleasant Experience — Overall I had a pretty nice experience moving in the only difficulties that occurred when moving in was issues with the elevator going down to the garage floor with people in it that didn’t press the button to go down there making it difficult to bring stuff up through the garage floor elevator

submitted by Miranda S. - |Recommended: YesGreat but needs compost — Our unit is very nice and in a great location. However, this building is missing compost. It's very wasteful for 500 residents to put their food waste in the trash. I hope that Stateside gets compost soon.
