|Recommended: YesFirst Year Review — Stateside was recommended to me through a family friend. I transferred to WWU for sophomore year and wanted to live off campus but still wanted to live in a building where I would be able to meet people my age and have the community feeling similar to dorm life. Ive only been in my apartment two nights and I love it. Stateside is in the perfect spot in Bellingham and has everything I want and need.
|Recommended: Yes301 — Very good built apartment would recommend living here
|Recommended: NoUniversity dorms are a better option — You might end up having to pay extra for the summer months, even if they are not used, plus we were over charged with recurrent payments that were not removed from the account in time.
I would highly recommend the University dorms instead as a more cost effective and reliable alternative.
|Recommended: YesWould highly recommend — Being close to downtown and Fairhaven is a key element here, as well as a the rooftop deck. Favorite place in bellingham.

|Recommended: YesTenant — Its great walls a little bit thin but otherwise there's no other problem.
|Recommended: YesNoise and cars — The noise between units and room within a unit is pretty minimal, most of the noise comes through the door. However, the cars are quite loud when you have your window open and they never completely stop. I park in the parking garage under the building, so I’ve never had a problem, but there is very limited close parking outside of that. Other then that, there are fun activities offered and the communal spaces other than the elevator are never noticeable dirty.
|Recommended: YesLove it — it’s so cute and cozy
|Recommended: YesReview — Overall good, but my apartment wasn't cleaned between residents since one person stayed over the summer
|Recommended: YesGreat so far — I haven't been here very long, but I'm really liking Stateside so far
|Recommended: YesSateside — Good
|Recommended: YesGood so far — have only been here 2 days, so far good.
|Recommended: YesPretty nice place to live — The noise level of the trains and upstairs neighbors can be quite irritating, along with the apartment not cooling down at all. Other than those to things and the insane move in process, the apartment is pretty great

|Recommended: YesPleasant Experience — Overall I had a pretty nice experience moving in the only difficulties that occurred when moving in was issues with the elevator going down to the garage floor with people in it that didn’t press the button to go down there making it difficult to bring stuff up through the garage floor elevator
