|Recommended: YesSo far so good — I’ve only been here two months. Love the amenities. Residents are considerate and friendly. Clean, efficient and good vibes. I don’t have pets but love that they allow them. Fitness center 24 7, laundry room is complimentary, coffee bar, little market with drinks and snacks. Also grateful for the bike room. I went ahead and renewed my lease only after a month. I didn’t want to risk not having that option when my lease is up. First come first serve here. That’s the only thing so far that I haven’t liked. Wish they had easier way to get in the building if you forgot your keys in your apartment. Like a pin or password if no key fob. Time to get a neighbors phone number for emergency. lol

|Recommended: YesOverall, Stateside is a nice place to live — Stateside is overall a great place to live The staff have been very accommodating, and the building and room amenities are lovely. The lack of air conditioning in the rooms is unfortunate, despite the rest of the building having it, but the heating works great and is really nice in the colder months. There is a train track very close to Stateside and it is fairly busy, so the train horns are a little distracting at night. I have enjoyed my stay at Stateside so far, and would recommend it

|Recommended: YesFirst Days — This is based on my first three days here so its not the best overview but so far I'm very happy with it. The majority of the noise is from the train passing by or neighbors walking around which I understand can't be helped. The streetside parking means you might have to walk a long way to the apartment, as my dad and I learned on move-in day. I have not requested maintenance yet but the staff have been lovely overall and the quality of the building is way better than all my previous apartments in Bellingham of the same price. My dad keeps asking how I didn't find this place sooner.

|Recommended: YesPretty Decent — Overall the apartment is spacious and nice, with decently thick walls and accessible amenities. Parking can be frustrating without a garage pass, but usually doable. Can often here upstairs and next door neighbors, but never to a complain-able level.

|Recommended: YesClean and awesome place — It is a clean and awesome apartment that is a perfect fit for students. The apartment has a gym, study lounge, washer and dryer, rooftop access, and everything else you need.
Also just moved in, so not much to comment at, so far so good
